With Thanks to Chef Chloe - Vegan Avocado Pesto

Om nom nom - Avocado Vegan Pesto on the Cheap


• 1 avocado

• 1/2 cup pine nuts

• 3 garlic cloves

• a bunch of basil

• 1/2 a lemon, juiced

• 1/8 cup olive oil

• SALT & pepper to taste :)
